WHICH PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept bank wire transfer in euros.

Please kindly note that you will bear any fees (including lifting charges) associated with the bank transfer.
To comply with security procedures, a passport copy in the name of the sender is required.
Please, wire transfer immediately after receiving order confirmation email. If the payment is not received within 2 business days, your order will be cancelled.

ARE ALL BAGS BRAND NEW AND AUTHENTIC?

We only sell brand new, never worn authentic 

All bags have a serial number and come in the original packaging and invoice – as if you bought it from the store.

HOW LONG DO DELIVERIES TAKE? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BAG?

If the bag you requested is available in stock you will receive it within 1 to 5 working days after the full payment has been received, for some specific bags it will take a bit longer, but we will inform you accordingly when you place the order. Delivery times are extended over bank holidays and maybe extended as the result of any adverse weather conditions or situations that are beyond our control.

This is very rare, but please note that in case your bag has been ordered and is not available, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount immediately.

 

HOW WILL YOU DELIVER THE BAG?

Most bags will be shipped through DHL depending on the destination. Exotic skins such as crocodile, ostrich etc, will NOT be shipped. 

We reserve the right to refuse shipment or cancel orders for shipments where we can’t guarantee a safe delivery.

CAN THE HERMES INVOICE BE UNDER YOUR NAME?

This isn't possible as when we purchase the bag at Hermes, the ID must correspond to the name on the credit card.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING OF A BAG ?

We usually offer a 400 Euros handling and shipping flat fee. This includes insurance and signature upon receipt and applies to all items regardless of the item's size. The flat fee is applicable for most EU countries and mainland U.S. However the total fee for shipping and handling will be confirmed in your final order before you place your payment order. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. On very few occasions, we may be unable to deliver to certain locations in the world, due to unreliable postal service, political/geographical unrest.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes levied once the package reaches your country. If applicable, please pay those taxes directly to the delivery agents or the customs office. Policies on those taxes vary in each country. For more information regarding the custom policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the item due to customs clearance in the destination country or other unforeseen circumstances.

For any returns resulting from a failed attempt of delivery or unpaid customs and import duties/taxes, customers will have to bear all applicable customs and import duties/taxes and any other return shipping or redelivery charges incurred.
